Payment, Shipping and Returns Information

Payment

  • Online payments processed by PayPal.
  • To order by phone call 1-855-894-4400. We accept VISA, MC, & Amex.
  • Payment via PayPal must ship to your confirmed PayPal address. If your confirmed PayPal address is a P.O. box, or you require shipment to a different location, please contact us before you make your purchase.
  • Above listed prices do not include shipping or taxes, these are added separately.  

Shipping

  • We ground ship via FedEx, Canada Post and other common carriers.
  • Items generally ship within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. An email will be sent with tracking information when an item ships.
  • Shipping within Canada and USA is generally 5 business days or less.
  • We do not discount for combined shipments.

Shipping Damage

Inspect product upon arrival. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine acceptability of delivered product. The buyer has the right to immediately refuse acceptance of damaged product, or to condition acceptance (by writing on bill of lading) upon further inspection. If either option is declined the product is considered accepted and delivered. 

Returns

All of Heatlay products are shipped new in unopened boxes. Manufacturer’s warranty is included with the product.
Product returns are only accepted if; a) the product box is unopened, or b) if product delivered does not match what was ordered. Returns are only permitted within the first 7 days of receipt of product. Buyer must pay return shipping. Money will be refunded only after the returned product has been examined and found to meet the conditions in noted in a) or b). Please allow 14 days min. from receipt of returned product for examination.
